I am a MASA Agent – Medical Air Services Association.
I’m offering a $60 discount to all TPM members and referrals from TPM members.
What is MASA service?
Emergency Medical Air / Ground Transportation:
- Anywhere in the USA and Canada, and most other parts of the world!
(10 days pre-notice required when outside 48 USA or Canada)
- Helicopter, plane and/or ground ambulance 24 / 7.
No exclusions!
- Members are provided this service no matter what they do!
Bull riding, cliff scaling, scuba diving, motorcycle racing – it doesn’t matter!
No deductibles!
- A helicopter ride can cost upwards of $10,000. Even the best medical policies typically leave the insured to pay ~ $3,000.
Skeptical? Just ask a friend who got a bill.
No Medical Insurance? No Problem!
- MASA PAYS THE ENTIRE BILL!
- No claim forms, paper work or dollar limits!
Vehicle Return - MASA pays to have your vehicle (bike & trailer) returned home.
Minor/Grand Child/Children Return– qualified escort minor child/children home safely.
Repatriation / Recuperation – if +100 miles away and the doctor says it’s better to go to a facility close to home, MASA pays your air fare.
Escort Transportation – spouse can ride with you (space permitting) from the incident.
Non Injury Transport – your significant other gets free air fare if you’re + 100 miles away for more then 7 days in a hospital.
Organ Retrieval/Recipient Transportation – pays air fare for organ to be transported or for recipients air fare.
No pre-existing Conditions Clause – have a bad heart and like to travel? Now you have the security of getting first class emergency medical transportation. Your life could depend on it!
Mortal Remains Return – do I really have to explain this one?
Buying a policy means you won’t have to pay another penny for emergency medical transportation.
Price: $290 yr / individual $390 yr / family
plus a $60 one time processing fee, which I will credit toward a TPM selected purchase.
Rates never to increase if you do not let your policy lapse!
There’s more but it’s best to contact me. If you’re not interested at this point, then listing more information is worthless anyway.
In my humble opinion, if you’re participating in our great sport with any frequency – you can’t afford not to have this insurance.
Considering insurance is something we all need to do.

Recent Natasha Richardson Death Confirms The Need for Emergency Medical Air Transportation!
In this article, the doctor also acknowledges that, in this instance, the United States has better medical services.
In a case like this, the MASA policy holder would be flown directly to the facility that would provide the best medical care, depending on the extent of their injury and the distance/time the facility is from the incident. These decisions would be based on what's best medically and not travel expense!
Straight from The AP News, taken from the internet:
Montreal's top head trauma doctor said Friday that the lack of medical helicopters in the province of Quebec may have played a role in Richardson's death.
"It's impossible for me to comment specifically about her case, but what I could say is ... driving to Mont Tremblant from the city (Montreal) is a 2 1/2-hour trip, and the closest trauma center is in the city. Our system isn't set up for traumas and doesn't match what's available in other Canadian cities, let alone in the States," said Tarek Razek, director of trauma services for the McGill University Health Centre, which represents six of Montreal's hospitals.
Being driven by ambulance to two separate hospitals, rather than airlifted by helicopter directly to a trauma center, could have cost Richardson crucial moments, he said.
"A helicopter is obviously the fastest way to get from Point A to Point B," he said.
Contact me for any questions you may have about this insurance.

Track riding is an unforgiving sport. Unforgiving of immaturity, innattention, and stupidity. |
